We are now accepting applications for the 2017 / 2018 school year. Tours will begin when we return from break in January. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up a tour date and time.
To take a tour of NMCP please contact us by email so we can schedule a day for you and your child to visit our learning environment. We typically hold tours at 9am so that you can experience our morning meeting. Your child is welcome to join you on the tour. We will need to meet them before we process enrollment.
Schedule: Our school hours are 9:00am till 12:50pm. The lunch hour 12pm to 12:50pm is included in our regular tuition rate! Please also see our academic calendar (will be updated for 17/18 over the summer but will have a similar amount of school days and schedule).
Enrollment Options: Our optional cooperative model utilizes parents as the assistant teachers in the classroom on a rotating basis in exchange for a generous reduced tuition rate. Many of our families are enrolled cooperatively. Becoming a cooperative parent is an amazing experience for both you and your child and one we truly hope you will consider. However, because we understand that each family’s situation is unique we also offer standard enrollment spots.

To reserve your child’s spot for fall you must pay a deposit equal to one month’s tuition as well as the $50 application fee if you are a newly enrolling student. Tuition deposits are required for all children, each year. The enrollment deposit is equal to one month’s tuition and will be held to be used as tuition for May 2018. If the child is withdrawn from school before the end of the year, for any reason and with any amount of notice, this deposit will be forfeited. Please see our Parent Handbook for more information on withdrawal policies, including a full 30 day written notice policy.
Parents sending more than one child to NMCP will receive a 10% discount on one child’s tuition, whichever tuition is less. The $50 application fee is paid once per family but a separate application must be submitted for each child. Supply fees must be paid for each child you are enrolling.
Tuition is due no later than the last day of the month prior. Tuition is paid in ten equal monthly payments with the final payment being your deposit. The first payment is due the first day of school in August 2017. Deductions are not made for holidays or absences. If tuition or fees are late or unpaid your child cannot attend school. We only accept tuition payments in the form of check or money order. Makeup days are not offered for vacations or sicknesses.
